課程概述 |
學生經由前往醫院藥劑部實習，習得藥學專業執業經驗。 |
|
課程目標 |
1. 學習藥師敬業負責之精神，並了解藥師在醫院中之職責。
2. 學習門診藥品調劑、住院單一劑量制度藥品送配、無菌製劑調配、化學治療藥品調配及藥品諮詢等各種專業技能，並實際作業了解藥品管理、藥品檢驗及一般製劑之作業情形。
3. 了解藥劑部各種作業程序及如何與醫院其他單位配合連繫以執行業務。
4. 學習認知藥品，包括認識藥品之學名、商品名、中文名、含量、劑型、外觀、藥理分類、藥動學特性、臨床用途、劑量、極量、副作用、藥品交互作用、FDA懷孕分級、儲存條件、廠牌、單價及每日花費。
5. 學習藥事執業過程中，遭遇困難問題時之解決方法。
